Welcome to my world!

I’m not just a Women’s Identity and Confidence Mentor, but I am a Creative Visionary, here to help women bust out of the status quo & live life as whoever they choose to be, in the wildest of ways

I’m also a woman with 5 children, here to end the belief that a woman can’t be a mother & successful business woman without the hustle or sacrifice.

I love accessing all the parts of me, the different flavours, confident & sassy, bold, creative & daring that I get to radiate into my life without apology, but I love helping other women like you achieve that too!

Whichever way you want to tap into your confidence & express yourself, how you want to be in the world – be it in person, online, within your business, your style, if you want the safest place to reconnect to who you are, your wild self, then I got you.

But let’s start where it all began

“All I found myself doing was telling the adults around me what I thought they wanted to hear, to please them, to be a ‘good girl’ instead of always feeling like a disappointment”

If this is something that you recognise then you aren’t alone.

In a world where society’s expectations weigh heavy upon women, this is my story of how I went from a woman not knowing her value or worth to a powerful, confident woman of impact.

Back then, I was a mum of 3 wonderful children, yet I often felt like one day just rolled into another, sometimes going through the motions, clock-watching until I could sit in front of another pointless tv show before falling asleep & doing it all over again the next day.

I had the stability and love and I had what I’d always dreamed of – a family of my own to love, to nurture, something unconditional, that wouldn’t repeat my own childhood.

Yet, something was missing, something I couldn’t figure out, it felt like a craving, sometimes a hunger, an emptiness & sometimes an anger at myself for ‘letting myself go’

It should have been enough right?

For many women, motherhood is life’s greatest blessing, that’s fulfilling enough.

For others, I’d be called selfish for not appreciating all I had, All that some women sadly couldn’t.

Was I truly selfish? I asked myself, Why wasn’t having a family enough?

I couldn’t shake the feeling of disillusionment of what ‘family life’ should feel like. I was exhausted, and tired, never seemed to be a moment to do anything I wanted to do.

The thought of my children as adults & being on my own, no longer needed, terrified me too! So I overcompensated, I lived through them because I wouldn’t put myself first, period.

One day, as I stood at the kitchen sink, washing the dishes & listening to my children, I looked out of the window into the early night sky, deep in my thoughts, the penny finally dropped, this wasn’t about me not wanting the life I had, I just didn’t want to live it this way!

To always be sacrificing, being the ‘yes woman’ with no boundaries, I didn’t want to be a stranger to myself anymore.

Yes, I’d chosen to be a mother, but I hadn’t chosen to lose my identity, I hadn’t chosen a life that didn’t honour the woman I truly was deep inside, my wild self, I wasn’t giving her a voice, I’d been ignoring her, denying her.

“This wasn’t about me not wanting the life I had, I just didn’t want to live it this way”

Something inside of me snapped that night. It was time for me to break free of these self-imposed chains & step out as the woman I’d hidden away & silenced.

I refused to accept that being a mother should be my only identity, it was one side of me, I wanted more and knew damn sure I deserved more – but I didn’t know what. That moment was one of defiance, a rebellion against all the stories, rules & conditioning about what it means, not just to be a mother, but to be a woman in this world.

This was the turning point, I was done being the back seat passenger & needed to take control, to put me first, to discover who I was & what I could do. My identity had been buried under so many layers of conformity, but I was determined to rediscover myself

It wasn’t easy, had to heal what felt fractured within me, calling each part of myself back home, showing up with love & acceptance for every version of myself that I’d moulded into someone else’s acceptable idea of me.

“The more I uncovered about my wild self under the surface, the clearer I got about who I was, that I was valuable, and could show up without ever being sorry for who I was”

But the real turning point? Was when I began to invest in myself, slowly & in small ways at first, felt almost intoxicating to finally put myself first, not only because I wanted to but because I needed to.

My mission has never been more clear, to help women like you, not to reclaim space, but to know that you have always been worthy of taking up space with confidence, to claim what was left on tables because you felt unworthy.

To stand up and say to the world ‘This is me, all of me’ to speak your desires unapologetically & guide you back to full, radical self-love that becomes the key to unlocking your truest potential.

But I didn’t do it all alone, I surrounded myself with powerful women,
women like Desislava Dobreva & Guna Meldere, who have been 2 of my biggest inspirations, and motivators, women who have had my back all the way

and of course, my team, Vikkie Wagstaffe, because every woman needs a right-hand woman who can be calm to the chaos

Women who dare to speak their truth & own who they are in the world.

So much so that it begins to make it safe for other women to do the same.
