I’m Becky Jane Stephenson, Women’s Identity & Confidence Mentor, confident woman AND a woman who has 5 children – Yes, you might be thinking crazy, delusional or wonder how batshit my life must be..it is adventurous & unpredictable for all of the best reasons.
After spending decades conforming to what I believed it meant to be a woman in this world
Following societal expectations, being the ‘good girl’ and never upsetting the apple cart as they say, I went through life simply ‘going through’ life instead of allowing myself to thrive & revel in it – Becoming an identity of ‘Mum & Housewife’
Everything I wanted to do for myself felt unbearably selfish & the moments I did? Society & cultural norms bit back because I wasn’t sacrificing myself to be ‘all’ to everyone.
That all changed when I hit rock bottom, the thought of my children grown & faced with the prospect of no longer being useful, of not knowing what I loved, felt passionate about & time no longer on my side to live out my desires
So I chose to live them out NOW, this very moment as I write these words on the screen, fully connected to who I am, not some role.
I made it my mission to help women like you, to reconnect to the woman within so that you can begin to live out your desires without feeling ashamed – despite what the world says.
